Bifrost builds the training, playbooks, and rollout plans that turn teams from AI-curious to AI-fluent — department by department, tool by tool.
Bifrost designs and delivers hands-on AI training for teams with little or no prior experience, then equips them with the playbooks to keep using it. We meet your people where they are and build the shortest credible path to daily, confident use that provides real value to the business.
For leadership teams planning an org-wide rollout
Before anyone opens a chat window, we map who needs what. We assess current tool use, department-by-department workflows, and grant or compliance requirements, then design a rollout sequence that fits how your organization actually operates.
For teams with no prior AI experience
Cohort-based, in-person and hybrid training that builds the fundamentals before anything else — how the tools actually think, how to prompt them well, and how to catch mistakes before they matter. This is the foundation every later skill gets built on.
For teams that need to keep using it after training ends
Training fades without something to reach for on a Tuesday afternoon. We build role-specific prompt template libraries and workflow playbooks your team keeps using long after the last session — the reference material that makes the habit stick.
"Every company and every employee is talking about AI, but few know how to find and use that knowledge to consistently leverage the technology — to efficiently provide value to their companies and make their day-to-day tasks easier."
Bifrost is run by Tommy, an AI training consultant based in Boston. The work spans building enterprise AI workforce training programs from scratch and helping leadership teams plan realistic, department-aware rollouts — the kind that account for grant compliance, existing workflows, and staff who've never touched an AI tool before.
The name comes from Norse mythology: Bifröst, the burning rainbow bridge connecting the realm of gods to the realm of people. It's a fitting image for the gap most organizations are trying to close — between what AI can do in theory and what a team actually does with it on a Tuesday afternoon.
Whether you're scoping a single training cohort or a full department-by-department rollout, start with a conversation. No deck required.
